All-Rite Plumbing & Heating Ltd.
Established in Regina, Saskatchewan in 1982, Dwayne Walbaum and his staff have been delivering first class mechanical installations for over 25 years. We offer a complete range of mechanical services for the convenience of our customers including plumbing, heating, process piping, sheet-metal work and air-conditioning. We are a licensed and bonded gas contractor. Our clients include residential, commercial, institutional and industrial customers. In addition, we employ service technicians and run a fleet of fully-equipped service vans to meet our clients’ needs.
- Residential projects: condominium developments, apartment buildings, town-houses and single family dwellings.
- Commercial projects: hotels and motels, food stores, restaurants, gas bars, retail and “big box” stores, auto and equipment dealerships, medical and dental offices, shopping malls and high rise office buildings.
- Institutional projects: government office, high schools, elementary schools, nursing homes, hospital work and university construction.
- Industrial clients include the Co-op Upgrader, Enbridge Pipelines, and Ipsco.
Service Department
In addition to construction services, we operate a full service department. This department offers:
- Emergency response on a 24 hour, 7 day per week basis.
- Furnace and Air-Conditioner Installations.
- Planned maintenance contracts for commercial clients.
- Residential Service Contracts.
- Custom sheet metal fabrication at our well equipped shop facility.
- Gas appliance installation and service.
- Air-conditioning service including split system, residential air-conditioning.
- Commercial roof-top service.
- Hot water heating system service including boiler service and replacement and in-floor heating systems.
Safety
We are proud of our safety record and have implemented a safety program to comply with the requirements of the Saskatchewan Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations. We have appointed a safety officer to administer this program: providing training to our employees, conducting safety meetings, developing safe work practices and safe job procedures as well as performing other safety-related duties.
