All-Rite Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is a mechanical contractor. We work with design consultants, general contractors and other subtrades as part of a team to ensure building owners receive quality mechanical installations. We believe in working diligently and enthusiastically to meet the needs of our clients by delivering excellent customer service and great value. We achieve this goal in the following ways:
Employees - We believe our employees are the key to our success. We believe in providing a safe working environment to protect both the safety of our employees and the property of our clients. We believe in paying our employees competitive wages and providing health and pension benefits as a further incentive to excellence. We believe in training our employees to ensure they have the required skills to perform quality work.
Project Management - Our project managers are trained to ensure paper work is processed promptly and professionally. They ensure equipment and long-delivery items are ordered in a timely way and that material flow to the job site is optimized to maximize productivity. Our superintendent works with our site personnel to ensure codes are complied with and work is installed to meet the requirements of the project plans and specifications.
Estimating - Our estimating personnel use state-of-the-art computer estimating programs to take-off material and equipment quantities, to price required materials, and to determine project pricing. Our estimators are trained to review project specifications and documents to ensure that bid documents are properly completed and that specified requirements are met. Our estimators work with the supply community to keep abreast of new products and technological advances that may benefit our customers and enhance our competitiveness.
Accounting - We believe that to obtain best pricing from our suppliers and subtrades they must be paid promptly as due. We believe that to obtain best productivity from our employees they must be paid when due. We focus on our cash flow to ensure critical payment deadlines can be met. We believe that job costing provides essential feed-back to keep our company competitive. Accounting and job-cost records are analyzed to ensure that we are able to offer our clients best value for money.
Service Department - We understand that when you call us with a plumbing or heating problem you want fast, professional service and a solution that does not waste your money. We are committed to providing top quality service to our residential, commercial and industrial clients at competitive prices and are proud of our diligent and well trained service technicians.
