Dwayne Walbaum – Owner

With 30 years experience in the construction industry, Dwayne is proud of the hands-on experience he gained as a tradesperson and the detailed understanding this on-site experience has given him concerning all aspects of the construction industry. 
Dwayne's focus with All-Rite Plumbing & Heating Ltd. has been to provide superior customer service to all his clients. This attention to detail has enabled him to has grow his company into the successful, multi-faceted enterprise it is today. Dwayne has been able to use his business skills and common-sense construction approach to build All-Rite Plumbing & Heating into one of Regina's most successful mechanical contracting firms.

Peter Hughes – General Manager

Peter has over 35 years experience in the mechanical contracting industry and has been instrumental in putting together mechanical systems for more than $500 million worth of construction projects throughout Western Canada. He has considerable design-build experience and takes pride in his attention to the details that ensure customer satisfaction. He holds Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal Certificates in Mechanical Estimating and Mechanical Project Management and is a member of numerous professional associations. He has sat on the boards of various trade-related organizations throughout his career and is currently a director of the Regina Construction Association.

Shawn Chittenden – Service Manager

With over 18 years experience in the plumbing and heating industry Shawn has a comprehensive knowledge of plumbing and heating systems and takes pride in trouble-shooting mechanical problems. He enjoys providing his customers with effective solutions and superior service at an "All-Rite" price. Shawn is a Red-Seal certified sheet metal journey man

Jeff Marcotte – Superintendent

Jeff brings a wealth of experience gained in over 20 years of working in all aspects of mechanical construction including numerous industrial, institutional, commercial and residential projects throughout Western Canada. As Superintendent, Jeff is responsible for coordinating manpower and overseeing the construction of various projects. Jeff takes pride in being able to complete projects on time and under budget.  He holds a Red-Seal Inter-provincial ticket as a plumber, is a certified gas fitter and has excellent equipment diagnostic skills.

Nicholas Walbaum – Project Manager/Estimator

With a background in mechanical technology, Nick has over 10 years experience as a mechanical estimator. He is proficient at computerized take-off and pricing systems utilizing the most up to date and accurate estimating software for plumbing, piping and sheet metal systems. He is responsible for coordinating information technology services as well as contract administration and project management.

Carol Cross – Accounting

With nearly 20 years experience in accounting, Carol manages the company books and supervises various accounting functions such as: accounts payable, receivables, construction job costing and payroll. She also manages human resources issues, including administration of the payroll benefits plan, and provides advice and information that shapes the financial management of the corporation.

Kristen Walbaum – Service Coordinator

Kristen has over 10 years experience in providing superior customer service. She enjoys helping people who need assistance and takes pride in responding to their needs. She is a skilled service coordinator and is proficient in using the most accurate computerized estimating and service billing programs. Kathrine Donison – Clerk/Receptionist

With over 12 years office experience, Kathrine ensures that administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time including accounts payable, receivable and payroll data entry. Her additional responsibilities as a receptionist make her the first person you are likely to contact when walking through our front door or calling our office by phone.
